Smoked Kokanee in Cream Sauce over Fettuccine

1 cup smoked Kokanee

1/2 cup butter

3/4 cup whipping cream

3/4 cup milk
-
1 cup grated parmesan cheeze

1 cup chopped fresh spinach

1 package of Butolini fettuccine noodles cooked and drained.
De-bone smoked kokanee fillets or use canned Kokanee then work into small flakes. Melt butter, add cream and milk stirring constantly. Thicken with corn starch. Blend balance of the ingredients. Combine with noodles and serve. I just put on ten pounds thinking about it...
